A beautiful & relaxing place to stay
Pedmore is a beautiful house recently renovated and purposefully remodelled for up to 5 couples or multi-generational families to enjoy together.
A large open plan kitchen diner flows into a cosy sitting room, complete with wood burning stove and seating for all guests. The entire back of the house opens up via wall to wall bifold doors which bring the outside in during the summer months.
There is also a well equipped outdoor lounge & BBQ area and hot tube to seat up to 8 people - all in the substantial and secluded garden.
Accommodation consists of five bedrooms (including one ground floor with en-suite), sleeping 10 with 4 bathrooms in total offering flexible accommodation. A travel cot and high chair is also available.
It's an ideal base from which to explore and enjoy North Norfolk and all it has to offer or to simply remain and enjoy the space and facilities on offer.
The Georgian market town of Holt
Holt is one of those lovely towns that isnt yet dominated by large chain brands and so is full of lovely boutique restaurants, pubs and cafes. The town centre itself is less than 10 minutes walk away but there is also plenty of parking.
Local amenities include a very large and well stocked supermarket (it's a Budgen's but feels more like Waitrose..) and Bakers & Larners General Provisions Store which has pretty much anything you could want (North Norfolk's take on Harrods? Maybe..).
There are also a number of art galleries, artisanal gift shops and even traditional bakers, butchers and greengrocers..
Holt and the coastline
The stunning Holkham beach (one of the UK's best) is just 15 minutes away by car; and the broader Holkham estate also offers a great day out. Other spectacular beaches at Brancaster, Wells and Weyborne are also close by.
The coastal road passes through many villages with fantastic pubs, farm shops, and cafés for great fresh and locally sourced food.
